About this project
The customer wanted a practical, characterful door for this entrance, and a stable door was the perfect fit. We supplied and fitted a white uPVC stable door with cottage-style vertical panelling and a small obscure-glazed top light that brings daylight in while keeping privacy. The black lever handle and letterplate give a crisp contrast against the white slab and pick up the property's dark guttering and fittings. As a true stable configuration, the top half opens independently — ideal for ventilation with pets or young children in the house — while multi-point locking keeps the whole door secure.
Achieving a flush, weathertight meeting between the two door halves while keeping the clean lines of the panelled design.
A neat, cottage-style entrance with everyday practicality — light and ventilation without ever opening the full door.
